Payments

Online payment is made through Stripe or applepay. All prices are shown in UK sterling.
We do not store credit card details and your card transactions are secure using SSL encryption.

Shipping & Deliveries

All UK orders are sent through royal mail, either tracked, tracked and signed or by special delivery, depending on order value and size and weight of parcel. I aim to send out orders within 3 – 6 days of conformation of your purchase. (Sometimes this may take longer, depending on circumstances). Please ensure that you enter your postal address accurately to guarantee delivery.

UK Postage Charges

Postage is calculated by the total order value. Please ensure you select the correct option at checkout

For orders up to and including £75 – delivery is £4.50.

For orders over £75 – delivery is £7.00.

Local collection is available from the workshop in North Norfolk. Please select this option at the checkout and email to arrange a convenient day and time for collection.

International orders

Unfortunately I am not currently offering international shipping through the website. If you are overseas and interested in purchasing any of my work please do get in touch by email or through the contact form as it might be possible to work something out.

Please note that for any parcels sent overseas, international customers will be responsible for any customs duties and/or import taxes levied on arrival of goods in the destination country. This can range from 20% to 40% of the total order value.

Returns

Returns are not accepted. Please ensure that you read product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. Every effort is made to ensure that product photographs, descriptions and details listed on the site are accurate. However, due to the one off, hand crafted nature of the products, some slight variation in colour and texture is possible.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty in any way please email as soon as possible so that we can find a way to resolve the issue.

Privacy policy

When you make a purchase from this website, personal information like your name, address, email address and phone number is collected from you in order to fulfill the order. The personal information collected is used for providing and improving the service. We will not share your information with anyone other than those affiliated third-party companies used to facilitate taking payments, shipping products and sending out occasional newsletters.

This website collects personal data to power the site analytics. This includes information about your browser, network and device, IP address and webpages visited prior to arriving at this site. This information is shared with squarespace, our website analytics provider, to learn about site traffic and activity and ultimately to improve our service.
