Payments

Online payment is made through Stripe or applepay. All prices are shown in UK sterling.
We do not store credit card details and your card transactios are secure…

Shipping & Deliveries

All UK orders are sent through royal mail, either tracked, tracked and signed or by special delivery, depending on order value and size and weight of parcel. We aim to send out orders within 3 – 6 days of conformation of your purchase. (Sometimes this may take longer, depending on circumstances). Please ensure that you enter your postal address accurately to guarantee delivery.

UK Postage Charges

Postage is calculated by the total order value. (please ensure you select the correct option at checkout)

For orders up to and including £75 – delivery is £4.50.

For orders over £75 – delivery is £7.00.

Local collection is available from the workshop in North Norfolk. Please select this option at the checkout and email to arrange a convenient day and time for collection.

International orders

Europe

Small – for orders up to £250 in value and not exceeding 500gms in weight – delivery is £18.00

Medium - for orders up to £250 in value and not exceeding 2kg in weight – delivery is £25.00

Rest of World

For orders up to £250 in value and not exceeding 2kg in weight – delivery is £40.00

Unfortunately I am not currently offering international shipping through the website. If you are overseas and interested in purchasing any of my products please feel free to get in touch (by email) through the contact form as it might be possible to work something out

Postage options/prices

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties and/or import taxes levied on arrival of goods in the destination country. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.

Returns

Returns are not accepted. Please ensure that you read product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. Every effort is made to ensure that product photographs, descriptions and details listed on the site are accurate. However, due to the one off, hand crafted nature of the products, some slight variation in colour and texture is possible. Natural material…

If your order arrives damaged or faulty in any way please email as soon as possible so that we can find a way to resolve the issue.
